How has it been almost a year since I adopted him?!

Cheddar boy came home with me last June, but he turns one on April 30th!  We all love him so much and I honestly can't imagine my life without him.

So I have been saying for the past few years how I have wanted a yellow puppy (don't care what breed) so I can name him Cheddar (hehe).  I have been following Rescued Ohio for years and have just been waiting for the right time and last summer was the PERFECT time to adopt a puppy.  My friend saw that they posted a new litter of these adorable mixed breed lab puppies and there happened to be two yellow pups, one male and one female.  She tagged me in the post and said "any Cheddar contenders?" and I immediately applied!

And a month later, he came home.

We love him more than words!  Here's a look at some of our favorite moments with Cheddy boy from the last year.
