Catering Spotlight: Mini Boxes
Choosing a favorite product from my line of catering products is like choosing a favorite child. They are all so different and I love every single one of them!
But lately, mini boxes have been stealing the show.
They are the perfect hand held snack for any gathering. People have been ordering them for cocktail hours at their wedding to bridal showers and baby showers.
Each box includes 2 cheese, one charcuterie, jam, nuts, dried fruit, and chocolate. I mean that sounds like the perfect lunch honestly!
You'll always find beautiful slices of manchego in every box and the second cheese is always on rotation but my favorite is bellavitano merlot from Sartori.
The perfect bite from this box is always going to be a piece of cheese, a piece of salami, and a bit of raspberry jam!
